REPTL is a section of the State Bar of Texas comprised of lawyers (as well as law students) who practice or have an interest in the fields of real estate, probate or trust law. It is the second-largest section of the State Bar, with over 6,500 members. Membership is voluntary and is available to all licensed Texas lawyers (and, on a non-voting basis, all law students).
