Membership in REPTL is available to all lawyers licensed to practice law in Texas and (on a non-voting basis) to all law students. REPTL's fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31.

How to Join

To join the REPTL Section:

(1) send a check for $30 (payable to the State Bar of Texas) to Kathy Casarez, State Bar of Texas, P.O. Box 12487, Austin, TX 78711-2487. (The phone number is 800-204-2222, ext. 1425, and her email is sections@texasbar.com); or

(2) Visit the State Bar of Texas online to join online using a credit card.

The Importance of Membership Renewal

Each year after August 1 we will update our database of members from the State Bar's database. Those who were previously members of REPTL who have not paid dues for the new year (starting the previous June 1) will, through the database update, automatically be deleted from the members database. To be added back again, simply pay your dues to Kathy Casarez, contact Mary Kay Braley, and log back in as a new member.
