From time to time, REPTL assembles information related to Texas real estate, probate or trust law that should be useful for consumers as well as attorneys. We have divided the information into that which we believe will be of interest generally, that which will be of interest primarily to consumers, and that which is directed to lawyers (whether or not they are members of REPTL).
