The purpose of the Real Estate Legislative Affairs Committee is to track and monitor legislation in order to keep the REPTL Council and members informed of potential developments in real estate law. Upon the passage of legislation, the Legislative Committee will report on significant legislation with an analysis of the effect of the change to Texas laws relevant to real estate practitioners.
